A full-time, 12 month temporary position is available for a School Field Engineer to work with our highly successful School’s Technical Team supporting our primary schools within Rochdale Borough through remote and on-site support. This post will support the day-to-day operational maintenance needs of the schools who have bought into the council’s technical support services.
You will need to have experience in supporting a variety of end-user devices, preferably in an education setting, and understand the unique security and safeguarding requirements to undertake such work.
You will be expected to provide technical advice to customers and work in a professional and courteous manner at all times. You will be expected to resolve incidents and comply with service requests within set standards for the service.
