I am a Service Facilitator within the REaCH team and joined REACH after I completed my study. So, I wanted to get my hand on the career ladder as soon as possible and decided to choose a hybrid way of working where I could have the possibility to work and study at the same time.
My role consists of offering day to day organisational support to the REacH Management Team and maintaining information using the rostering and scheduling computer systems. I work with the information based computer systems used by REacH, directed by the REacH Management Team and to allocate referrals to the most appropriate support team.
Under the direction of the REacH Management Team, I support the allocation of staffing resources to cover all existing and new requests for packages of support, responding to the referrer and sending out information to start up the service and support delivery.
The best thing about my role is the flexibility and the ability to have an input in the community, the multitasking and learning new skills. My future ambitions are to reach a management post where I can help and support staff and Customers with my experience, skills and etiquette.
