The well-being of Adults is at the very heart of what we do and we value our committed and passionate workforce that achieves this by working in partnership with individuals, families and their communities. Our aim is to support people to live well at home and we do this by working in our integrated teams which include Social Workers, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Nurses, GP’s and Voluntary Organisations.
We are proud of the quality of care services delivered by our Learning disability service, Reablement and Shared lives teams who have all achieved a “Good” rating from the Care Quality Commission. We have positive working relationships with all of our care providers in Tameside.
