Salary: Scale 2, FTE £24,796.00 - £25,185.00 pro rata is £7,165.17 - £7,277.59

Hours : 12.5 hours per week (15.00 17.30)

Contract Type: Permanent, Term Time

The Governors of our friendly, inclusive primary school are seeking to appoint an inspirational and highly motivated Playworker to join our dedicated team. This is a particularly exciting time to become part of Arden Primary School, as we welcome a new, ambitious Headteacher and continue our drive to make Arden a flagship school within the local area.

We are looking for a Playworker who will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and play experiences for children aged 4 to 11 in our After school club. You will work closely as a team to support each child’s individual needs in a safe, secure, and welcoming environment. The Playworker will be someone who is caring, proactive, and confident working with children. The ideal candidate will be a team player who can also work independently and who understands the needs of children and families.
