Your Role
We are looking for casual Support Workers to join our team!
Our children are incredible and will definitely keep you on your toes with no two days the same. Although it can be challenging at times, it can also be the most fun and rewarding job you will ever have! A sense of humour is a must!
Our children are with us for a variety of reasons and many will have experienced traumatic life events. They need empathy, care, love, play and stability to help them flourish and move onto the next stage of their life, whether that is going home, independence, university or another placement. Can you help us to achieve all of this and more?
About You
First and foremost, you must be a positive person who likes and enjoy being with our children! This is the key requisite for all our employees.
We are looking for adults who are passionate about our children and are looking to work using an attachment based approach which really does put the child at the centre of all that we do..

This is a role including shift work, so you must be able to work weekends, evenings and sleep ins.
