Teachers’ Main Scale M1 M6 + 1SEN
Full Time/Permanent. The school’s teaching week is 32.5 hours. In a typical week, this will consist of 30 hours of teaching and at least 2.5 hours of PPA time. ECTs will have 4.5 hours PPA time across the week.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, creative and committed Teacher of Maths and Science to join our dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity for an outstanding teacher to deliver a personalised and engaging curriculum that enables pupils with complex SEND to achieve their full potential.
We would welcome applications from experienced secondary teachers, ECTs and suitably skilled primary practitioners who have a strong interest in teaching Maths and Science within a specialist setting.
You will:
Teach Maths and Science across Key Stages 3 and 4.
Deliver engaging and personalised learning programmes tailored to individual needs.
Support pupils with Autism, SEMH needs and moderate learning difficulties.
Contribute to the delivery of PSD and Skills Builder programmes.
Promote communication, independence, emotional regulation and preparation for adulthood.
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, families and external professionals.
Play an active role in the ongoing development of the curriculum and wider school improvement.
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Has a passion for inclusive education and high aspirations for every pupil.
Can build positive relationships and create a safe, structured learning environment.
Has excellent classroom practice and strong behaviour management skills.
Is reflective, resilient and committed to continuous professional development.
