School Support Staff

Hours: 37 hours per week
Salary: £19,554 - £21,166 per annum
At Devonshire Primary Academy we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Site Supervisor to join our friendly and hardworking team.
The successful applicant will be responsible to the Business Manager for the day to day maintenance and operation of the building and grounds. We are looking to appoint someone who can provide a service consisting of site security, cleaning and general maintenance; the post holder will require a good level of DIY skills.
You will be responsible for undertaking regular health and safety checks of buildings, grounds, fixtures and fittings which will also include ensuring all statutory inspections are completed in line with schedules. In addition, you may be required to drive the minibus for the transportation of pupils.
We are looking for someone who is proactive and committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of our children, staff and academy visitors. The successful candidate must be prepared to work a split shift. There may be an opportunity for additional hours which can be discussed at interview.
