Salary - NJC Grade D Fixed SCP D £11.59 per hour

As a member of the Active Blackpool Exercise Referral  team, your role is to support and deliver a range of Physical Activity ,Health and well-being initiatives that are inclusive and provide opportunities within the Blackpool community to increase physical activity levels and improve health and well being.

You will be working with partners including community organisations to develop and co-ordinate pathways into engagement and participation.

You will need to have a passionate and caring approach to supporting people with complex health conditions to exercise safely , effectively and to achieve their goals.

This post is subject to satisfactory reference history of at least two years, Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, medical clearance, evidence of any essential qualifications and proof of Right to Work in the UK in accordance with the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996.
