Receptionist (3 Positions)
Location: South Ribble Leisure (base Penwortham Leisure Centre)
Salary: £22,422.51 - £22,830.79 pro-rata; NJC Pay Scale Level 3
Hours/Working pattern: 26.75hours on a cyclical three-week rota
DBS Check required: Yes

We have three new opportunities to support new and existing users of the centres including meeting and greeting, taking bookings and payments, answering phone calls and emails, providing membership support, with a focus on quality frontline service delivery
The ideal candidate should have previous experience of working within the leisure industry or similar customer focused environment, practical experience of following health and safety procedures and policies. With a desire to continuously improve their professional development.
More about you
You will need to demonstrate good customer care skills. Have the skills to communicate verbally and in writing, possess good IT skills in order to use electronic or administration systems, possess basic numeracy skills, e.g. cash transactions, count stock, read and understand measurements.
You will work alongside the on-site management teams to support and drive continuous improvements of our services.
Always looking to seek out development opportunities and potential ideas to further improve the service we provide.
