The governors of St. Patrick's & St. Edmund's are seeking to appoint two practising Catholics who are highly motivated, committed and exemplary practitioners to the position of Deputy Headteacher for each school. The governors & staff are working in close collaboration and have an Executive Headteacher over the two schools. On appointment, the successful candidates will be contracted to one school but will work within our executive model, across both schools, alongside governors and the Executive Headteacher.

This is a unique opportunity for a strong and effective leader to make a significant impact at two schools where we seek at all times to be a witness to Jesus Christ. The governors are looking for applicants who have a clear vision of Catholic education and have the ability to put this into practice.

•Have the ability to work collaboratively & be instrumental in shaping the future of the two schools

•Recognise, support, utilise and develop the skills of all staff
•Have excellent management and interpersonal skills and the ability to lead, challenge and inspire staff and pupils
