Our ASYE Programme

Our ASYE programme ensures that Newly Qualified Social Workers are provided with wrap around support, guidance and nurture from a dedicated ASYE lead, Principle Social Work team, experienced colleagues and Managers. Our aim is to provide you with the foundation in which you can build upon your knowledge and skills as you progress through your career. As part of the ASYE programme you will be provided with reflective group supervision and 1-1 reflective supervision, training and development days throughout the year. You will have a visible ASYE lead who will provide informal and formal support for you and is always on hand to help.
