Contract Type: Permanent Hours: 27 per week Salary: NJC Grade D SCP 7-11 £26,403 - £28,142 per annum, pro rata for part-time hours Closing Date: Wednesday 11th February 2026 at 23:59 An exciting opportunity has become available to join the Vitaline Team who are the authorities 24/7 ARC (Alarm Receiving Centre), providing customers with a range of Assistive Technology to support independence in a home environment. Successful applicants will be able to liaise with other staff, partners and customers both face to face and by phone. We are looking for a motivated, flexible and resilient 'people person' who is able to adapt to change in a fast moving, innovative and customer focused service. The ideal candidate will have some experience of a working data base and will have a courteous and professional approach. They will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and have a positive and enthusiastic attitude within the workplace. Your duties will include providing a monitoring and emergency response service to our customers either through personal contact or via communication equipment. In addition you will provide an out of hour service to other Council Departments and Stakeholders. Keyboard skills and a full driving licence are essential for this post. Core hours for this role are between the hours of 22:10 and 07:10 over 7 nights. Vitaline is a diverse service with ambition and dedication to progress in the analogue to digital revolution.
