The Role
Following a recent CQC inspection, we are working to strengthen our approach and make the improvements needed to ensure the best possible support for our residents. This includes a sharper focus on leadership, quality and inclusion — as well as renewed ambition and pace of change.
Reporting directly to the Assistant Director of Adult Social Services, we are seeking a social work qualified Head of Service with the drive, resilience and capability to support the next phase of improvement in our service. You will join a service with a stable foundation and a dedicated workforce. Our priority now is to bring in fresh thinking and collaborative leadership to help shape the improvement and transformation journey ahead and lead our Community and Health Social Work Teams in the same endeavour.
