Bury Council is seeking a dynamic and motivated Lead Officer Supportive Collection to join our Corporate Collection and Support team. In this senior officer role, you’ll provide expert advice to residents, tenants, and businesses on welfare rights, income maximisation, and debt management. You’ll help people access the support they need, stay financially resilient, and maintain their tenancies. Your time will be split between working within the community based as well as some home and office working.
