The Aspire Federation Oakfield High School & College/Landgate School Salary: Grade 4, £22,469 - £23,559 per annum. £13.26 - £13.90 per hour 37 hours per week, term time plus 2 weeks working 40 weeks per year Temporary until August 2026 Required as soon as possible The Aspire Federation has four sites based in Hindley green, Bryn, Abram and Leigh. Whilst the post will initially be based at one site, please be advised that the post holder may be required to work across all of the federated sites. ‘Aiming High Reaching All’ The Role The Aspire Federation is seeking to appoint a forward-thinking Business Support Officer to provide front of house service to visitors, staff and learners in accordance with Safeguarding protocols. The applicant will provide admin and support, under the direction of the Executive Business Manager, to support the efficient administration and organisation of the federation’s central team. The applicant will manage the administration of Aspire events and conferences including all hospitality arrangements. The applicant will provide cover when required for other Business Support Officers across the federation sites. You must be able to work on your own initiative and provide an excellent level of customer service. The successful candidate will have excellent time management skills, be a flexible team player and will be able to work at pace with excellent attention to detail.
