We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Governor to join our Full Governing Body at Nevill Road Infant School.

As a Governor, you will play a vital role in upholding these values while providing strategic leadership and accountability to support the school in delivering an exceptional education that celebrates every child’s unique potential.

Support and challenge the leadership team to create a nurturing, inclusive, and joyful learning environment?
Ensure every child’s voice is heard and that the school embraces discovery and a love of learning?
Promote resilience in pupils and foster an atmosphere where enjoyment and inclusion are central?
Engage with our community and represent their views with compassion and commitment?

Are you able to
Commit time to attend meetings and training sessions?
Work collaboratively with fellow governors, staff, and parents?
Bring skills, experience, or perspectives that will enhance our governing team?
Demonstrate a genuine interest in the success, wellbeing, and development of all children?

No prior experience as a Governor is necessary as full training and ongoing support will be provided. We welcome applications from individuals of all backgrounds who share our commitment to these values and to excellence in education.
