Salary: Grade D. SCP 7 £25,362 - SCP 10 £26,602 (Actual salary)

Hours Per Week: 35 hours per week term time only plus 6 weeks

Work Pattern: Monday to Friday 6.00 AM 9:30AM and 2:00PM 5:30PM

Base Location: St. Peter’s C.E. Primary School, Oxford Street, Ashton-Under-Lyne, OL7 0NB

Assessment Date: Short listing Friday 28th November (AM), Interviews Wednesday 3rd December (AM)

The Governors of the St. Peter’s CE Primary School are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic well organised Caretaker to join our school team.

To ensure a high standard of Health and Safety and that all relevant regulations are implemented and adhered to. To have overall responsibilities for a high standard of cleaning, maintenance, security and grounds maintenance across the school, both internally and externally.

To be a responsible key holder and manage maintenance, security and facilities systems on site including alarm systems, painting/decorating and general repairs.

Please note: all holidays MUST be taken during school holiday periods.
