Car Parks Handyperson

Contract - Permanent 

Hours- 37 per week 

Salary - NJC Grade D SCP 7 £26,403 - SCP 11 £28,142 per annum

An fantastic opportunity has arisen to become part of the Parking Services team as a valued member in the role of Handy Person. 

The role carries the responsibility of keeping our car parks and on street parking restrictions maintained and would be perfect for someone with a building and maintenance background due to the variety of skills and tasks required. 

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate experience in the building trade such as joinery, brick work, painting and general maintenance. Horticultural knowledge may be of benefit.

The successful applicant will be provided with a van and all necessary tools required.

This is a Monday-Friday position, 37 hours per week with excellent staff benefits and pension scheme.
