Join Our Co-Production Team as a Sessional Worker!

Young people and adult community members in Blackpool are co-leading positive change as part of our co-production team, and we are looking for highly motivated Co-production Sessional Workers to join us.

Are you looking for a new challenge? Are you passionate about working alongside the community to make a real difference in our town?

Do you have personal experience of overcoming challenges and want to use this to make a difference to others in Blackpool? For example, you may have been supported by a social worker, experienced discrimination, or faced financial hardship. If so, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re seeking committed and innovative individuals to become part of our co-production team and help us change the odds for the people of Blackpool. This role focuses on exploring new ways to support our community to live healthy, happy lives—especially those who face the greatest challenges.

This work is funded by the Blackpool Place Based Partnership, Blackpool Council's Children’s Services, and A Better Start - Blackpool. Together, we are committed to building systems of support that work for everyone.

We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds and communities.
