The Governing Body wish to appoint a committed and enthusiastic Children’s Welfare Officer who will have an important voice within the School Leadership Team. Inclusion of all pupils is at the forefront of our work. The Children’s Welfare Officer plays a fundamental role in ensuring the ongoing health and welfare of all pupils. The right candidate will be passionate and committed to the safeguarding of all children and their families ensuring that it is at the heart of everything we do. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is able to demonstrate initiative in decision making around safeguarding issues including complex cases, and who will work effectively together to promote, strengthen, and develop support for our pupils and families.
