Teaching Assistant - Level 3

Salary: Grade 4 (SCP 12 17)
Hours: 32.5 per week (term time plus 5 days)
Based at: Glodwick Infant & Nursery School
This post will commence: as soon as possible

We are seeking to appoint a positive, self-motivated Teaching Assistant who will join our team at Glodwick Infant and Nursery School. We are a large, vibrant, multicultural setting in Oldham that provides a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child is encouraged to “be the best they can be.” With a broad and balanced curriculum that celebrates individual interests and cultural diversity, we actively promote independence, confidence, respect, and a lifelong love of learning. We are looking for someone who:

• Is positive and self-motivated.
• Has experience working with children in the Early Years and holds a relevant qualification in Early Years Education.
• Has an energetic and creative approach to learning.
• Is professional, has a positive attitude and is supportive of their colleagues.
• Has high expectations for all children and is committed to developing their full potential.
• Has good communication and interpersonal skills.
