Your Role As a Facilities/Bee Network Operational Assistant, you’ll help keep our bus stations and interchanges safe, clean, and welcoming for everyone. We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team in Altrincham, with opportunities to join our talent pool for future roles across Greater Manchester. You’ll play a key part in the day to day operation of our sites, ensuring they are clean, safe, and inviting. Cleaning duties, including public toilets and customer facilities, are a central part of this role, so attention to detail is essential. You’ll also support your colleagues to keep everything running smoothly, helping deliver an outstanding Bee Network experience for every customer. This is a shift-based role, with hours between 07:0023:00 Monday to Saturday, 10:0017:00 on Sundays, and 9:0018:00 on public holidays. For more info see Job Profile below. Who are we? Facilities Operations is the frontline team for TfGM and the Bee Network, responsible for the safe operation of our sites and providing face-to-face support for customers. We’re passionate about making public transport accessible, safe, and reliable for everyone. Proven experience in heavy duty/industrial/specialised cleaning is essential. You’ll be comfortable using mobile devices and Microsoft applications and have strong communication skills.
