Closing date: 9.00am 28th January 2026 Interview Date: Week commencing 2nd February 2026 Start Date: 13th April 2026 or sooner if possible Salary: Teachers Main or Upper Pay Scale plus SEN allowance (+£2787) Location: Thames Primary Academy, Severn Road, South Shore, Blackpool FY4 1EE Contract type: Full-Time Contract term: Permanent We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, dedicated and motivated Classroom Teacher to work in our SEN provision for pupils with an EHCP (Education Health and Care Plan) for SEMH (Social, Emotional, Mental Health). We have 24 pupils in three classes in our Nest provision - Robins Class Y1-2 pupils, Owls Class Y3-4 pupils and Eagles Class Y5-6 pupils. In addition to the class teacher in each class we have two SEMH specialist support assistants in each class and a Learning Mentor that works across the Nest classes. Candidates should state their preferred age group and we can flexible based on experience with class allocation.
