Contract Type: Permanent Hours: 37 per week Salary: NJC Grade H3 SCP 36-40 £47,181 - £51,356 Closing Date: Friday 30th January 2026 at 12 noon We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Deputy Team Manager to join our Learning Disability Service. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to step up into leadership and to work alongside the Team Manager to provide operational leadership, supervision, and guidance to a committed workforce. You will help ensure our service delivers high quality, strengths based, and person centred practice, while contributing to service improvement and a positive working culture. You will be providing regular and quality supervision to the team and will lead on a small safeguarding caseload. The role involves providing management duty support to the learning disability and autism teams. We offer flexible and hybrid working subject to service need. You will receive regular and supportive supervision and access to training opportunities to support you in your leadership journey.
