We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Deputy Team Manager to join our Autism Service to cover the current post holders maternity leave from March 2026. In this key leadership role, you’ll work closely with the Team Manager to support a skilled and dedicated workforce, ensuring our service continues to deliver safe, strengths based and outcome focused support. You’ll provide day-to-day operational leadership, supervision, and guidance to the team and support with safeguarding lead work. You will receive regular and supportive supervision, access to training opportunities, flexible and hybrid working subject to service need.
