This is a growing team made up of five qualified Social Workers, one Case Assessor and four Support Workers. There is a requirement to be able to work closely with your team colleagues but also with other agencies including police, probation, care providers, health colleagues and other services/teams within Blackpool Council. There will be support and training for the successful candidate. This is a permanent full time post. The post holder will work with adults identified as Autistic. The team also assesses the needs of, and provides support to, families and informal carers of autistic adults.
