We are looking for a dedicated Learning Mentor to join our team at our Youth Challenge Academy. In this valuable role, you will provide tailored support to pupils who face barriers to learning, helping them to build confidence, develop positive behaviours, and re-engage with education. You will work closely with teaching staff, pastoral teams, and external agencies to create a supportive and structured environment where every pupil can thrive.
