We are seeking an exceptional teacher and leader to join us as Lead Practitioner of Literacy. This is a key whole-school role for a highly skilled practitioner who is passionate about improving teaching and learning, developing colleagues and driving excellence in reading, writing and oracy across all subjects. This post offers the opportunity to influence practice beyond your own classroom and play a central role in shaping our literacy strategy and school improvement journey. About the role Working closely with senior leaders and curriculum teams, you will lead the development of a consistent, high-quality approach to literacy across the school.
