Qualified Social Worker – Adult Services

We’re looking for passionate, skilled social worker to join our dynamic Community Social Work Team. This is your chance to work in a vibrant seaside town, supporting adults to live independently and thrive. You’ll play a key role in strength-based practice, collaborating with community groups, voluntary organisations, and health partners to deliver creative, person-centred solutions.

What you’ll do:

  • Empower adults to achieve independence and prevent future needs.
  • Use innovative approaches, including reablement and commissioned services.
  • Apply your expertise in Adult Social Care legislation with confidence.
  • Work autonomously, making impactful decisions that change lives.
