Along with Information Governance responsibilities, the Policy Compliance Team oversees and manages Freedom of Information (FOI) requests, Subject Access Requests (SARs), Corporate Complaints, Children’s Social Care & Adult Social Care Complaints, and MP Casework. We’re looking for a dedicated Policy Compliance Officer to join our collaborative and supportive Policy Compliance Team, working under the guidance of the Information Governance Manager.
Normal hours of work are 37 hours per week based around the usual business working week. Dependent on service requirements, you may be required to work on a rota basis. This is a hybrid role based in the office within the Town Hall 3 days per week and working from home for 2 days.
