Your role: In this exciting new opportunity, we are looking for a tenacious passionate and experienced manager to run one of our family hub sites in Wigan. Supporting an enthusiastic family hub team you will lead / co-produce one or two of the neighbourhood Family Hubs, this is subject to locality size and demographics. You will be working within a multi-agency framework and the key principles of Progress with Unity missions to develop and promote a flexible co-ordinated and accessible timetable of whole age universal support in line with the localised strengths and needs of the neighbourhood, to build resilience in families. About you: You are a highly motivated individual with significant experience in early help and prevention services, who can confidently lead teams and manage change. You will have a good working knowledge of safeguarding thresholds, health inequalities and their relation to the family hubs, as well as the Supporting Families Outcome Framework. You will be confident in representing the family hub network at external meetings and managing community buildings / budgets. You will ensure relationships with partners and key stakeholders flourish as we work collaboratively together. Family hubs operate as a network of services within neighbourhoods to provide accessible and connected services and support to all families. These services work together to provide high quality support for the whole family, so that children, young people, and families get the right help at the right time.
