Contract: Permanent Hours: 37 hours per week Salary: Fylde HO3 SCP33-35 £44,075 - £46,142 per annum Closing Date: 23rd February 2026 Please note, this position is currently only open to employees of Fylde Council This is an exciting opportunity, at senior management level within the Housing Service, to lead on the compliance of the service in meeting its statutory functions under the Homeless Reduction Act 2017, Supported Housing (Regulatory Oversight) Act 2023 and Renters Rights Act 2025. The role will work across the Housing Service with direct line management for Moving On Housing Services Officers. The role will work alongside the Homelessness Manager to ensure effective management of the service for clients approaching the local authority with housing advice, accommodation and support needs. You will be joining the service at a time when Government has published the A National Plan to End Homelessness that sets out a long-term, cross government strategy to address homelessness and you will work to ensure Fylde Council delivers against this plan. You will oversee the management of temporary accommodation, working to increase this supply and the supply of supported housing options available by working in partnership with Providers. Your focus will be on Move On accommodation options from homelessness support into either supported or settled accommodation. You will integrate the Renters Act legal framework and its implications into the operation of the Homeless Service and ensure Compliance by tenants and landlords working alongside the Housing Standards Manager. to view the Job Description.
