Ref: 001299 The Trustees are looking to recruit to the post of Assistant Head of Site Curriculum and Assessment New Bridge College, Oldham Leadership Pay Range - L3L7 Commencing as soon as possible A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an individual to join the senior leadership team of a thriving SEND post-16 College at a pivotal moment in its development. Our Trustees are seeking to appoint an exceptional Assistant Head Curriculum and Assessment who is ready to make a profound and lasting impact on the lives of the students who attend New Bridge College. We are looking for a visionary, energetic and highly motivated leader, someone who combines creativity with strategic thinking, and who is driven by a deep commitment to educational excellence and embodies our inclusive values. In addition, we are looking for someone who has a proven record of curriculum impact, and instinctively takes collective responsibility for the success of every student and every colleague. Someone who never walks past an opportunity to improve, who uses their influence courageously, and who leads with integrity, compassion and ambition. We are particularly interested in applicants with experience of working with young people with a range of SEND ranging from ASD, ADHD, MLD, OCD and SEMH. Due to the complex nature of our students, high levels of emotional and physical resilience are needed in supporting our young people to achieve and succeed. Although based initially at the New Bridge College, all staff are employed by the MAT and are expected to work at any site within the New Bridge Group.
