Salary: NJC Grade E SCP 12-17 £28,598 - £31,022 per annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Respite and Outreach Support Workers to provide planned short breaks and respite for vulnerable adults and provide a planned break from caring roles for their relatives/family/carers. The role involves shift working / weekend working and sleep over shifts. There is a high level of personal support required as part of the role. An extensive training programme will be provided to support the successful candidate.

The successful candidates will provide personal and practical assistance to vulnerable individuals who access our service and provide customers and colleagues with full and accurate information about the user’s situation.
