It is our shared expectation our staff will be “professionally curious” both in their delivery and ongoing professional development.” Vicky Maloney, CEO 2 x Full time roles available Key Focus Delivery of effective 1:1 emotional health and wellbeing assessments, signposting, guidance and interventions with young people and their families aged 5-18 (up to 25 where additional needs/ care leaver) presenting with emotional health and wellbeing needs across the community and education settings. As an EHWB link worker in the RISE team, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals navigate through challenges and make informed decisions to achieve their goals. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of young people and be responsible for understanding their unique needs and circumstances whilst working in partnership with the Bury Primary Care Network, including GP’s and social prescribing teams.
