Contract: Permanent

Grade: NJC Grade 3, scale points 6-11

Salary: £25,989 - £28,142

Hours: Monday Friday - 6.30am 10:30am & 2.10pm 5.30pm (hours can be flexible or condensed during school holidays)

Role Overview:

We are seeking to recruit a proactive Site Manager with a genuine cando attitude who will take ownership of site maintenance and facilities to deliver a safe, wellmaintained environment that supports our pupils learning and wellbeing.

As Site Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the whole school buildings and grounds are safe, secure and well-presented at all times. This will include

Our Site Manager will:

• Oversee the day-to-day maintenance, cleanliness and security of the whole school site.
• Ensure compliance with daily, weekly, monthly and annual security, statutory and goodpractice inspections, and maintain accurate records.
• Have the ability to liaise with external contractors and agencies linked to the school building.
• Carry out repairs, maintenance tasks and DIY Projects.
• Designated key holder and attend callouts outside of normal working hours.
• Maintain a clean and tidy environment in classrooms, hallways and communal areas to support a safe and pleasant space for students and staff.
• Support school events with set-up and logistics.
