Contract - Temporary until March 2027 Hours - 37hrs Salary - NJC H1 SCP 27 - 30 £38,220 - £40,777 per annum Closing Date - 11th March 2026 at 12 Noon An exciting opportunity has become available to join the Blackpool Co-production Team. Hosted by Blackpool Council and working alongside the whole community to find innovative solutions to the unacceptable inequalities faced by our community. We are looking for an experienced leader with a strong back ground in working co-productively with a wide range of stakeholders, including community members for the role of Co-production Practice Lead. The person will support the team to deliver the highest standard of work, develop and deliver co-production training and workshops, facilitate co-production projects and ensure the team deliver the outputs required by their funders. The person will be passionately committed to improving services and systems for children, families and adults in our community.
