Salary- £28,598 - £31,022 per annum

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our Frontline Benefit team. The role is to provide accurate advice and support to customers for Council Tax Reduction and Housing Benefit and access to other linked services.

The role also includes processing Council Tax Reduction and Housing Benefit claims. We are looking for someone who’s confident with IT, has a good eye for detail, and can manage their time well. 

If you have experience in customer service and enjoy working with the public whilst learning about Council issued benefits, then this is the role for you. We want someone who’s eager to learn and ready to make a difference.
