Contract Type: Permanent Contract Hours: 37 Hours Salary: NJC Grade H3 SCP 36 - 40 £47,181 - £51,356 Closing Date: 4th March 2026 at 12 Noon We are looking for a dynamic, forward thinking, motivated, pro-active person to Lead the Adult Social Care and Resilience Team. The ideal person will need to have experience in Adult/Children's Provider Services and Adult Social Care. The Adult Social Care and Resilience service is an integral Service within the Council's Care and Support Division and provides Support to our in-house Provider Services to maintain their "GOOD" regulatory inspections, as well as supporting our Adult Social Care Services and our External Partners within Blackpool. The successful candidate will manage a team of Adult Social Care and Resilience Officers. You will need to be proficient in multi-tasking strategic projects, operate at an ever-changing pace on a daily basis and be able to work on your own initiative, being creative and innovative to meet the needs of the Service, Council and partners.
