Salary- NJC Grade H1 £38,220 -£40,777 Per Annum

To support the exciting expansion of our Individual Placement and Support Service (IPS) across Lancashire and South Cumbria, we are recruiting  an IPS Systems Development Officer to join our friendly team, you must be passionate in developing the service through development and implementation of data management systems. 

As an IPS Systems Development Officer you will play a rewarding and vital role in developing and improving data management systems which support the Council's employment service. 

Working with colleagues particularly within the IPS Service commissioned by the ICB. Supporting users to meet the necessary requirements, system evaluation and procurement activities. 

You must have the ability to accurately extract data from multiple sources and create statistical information and performance reports. 

Where suitable you will also be coordinating a portfolio of small to medium scale systems ensuring they are appropriately configured. 

We are looking for individuals who hold a degree or equivalent qualification or accreditations e.g Computer Science, Statistics or similar relational database design, practice, concepts or programming languages or equivalent demonstrable experience.
