Contract Type: Permanent We currently have an exciting number of opportunities for Teaching Assistant Level 1 to join our fantastic team at Manchester Enterprise Academy (MEA) in Wythenshawe We have three permanent posts available working 30-35 hours per week, 8:30-16:10 or 08:30-15:10 (40 min break) Monday to Friday, term time only plus 5 INSET days. The starting salary is £18,281-£21,327 depending on hours and the full time equivalent is £24,796 Grade 2. As a Teaching Assistant Level 1, you will: You will play a key role in building positive relationships with students, encouraging independence, and promoting high expectations for all. Key Responsibilities will include: Support for Pupils: Support for Teachers: Support for the School: You will work collaboratively with teaching staff, the Safeguarding and Pastoral teams, SENCO, SLT, governors and parents to promote pupil wellbeing and positive outcomes.
