Salary: NJC Scale 2, SCP 3-4 £24,796 - £25,185 per annum Pro-Rata

We have a fantastic opportunity available in the Administrative Support & Facilities Team at Fylde Council. The council is seeking to recruit a person to provide a professional administrative and customer focused service to internal and external customers using council facilities.

Job description 

The Admin Support & Facilities Team are responsible for:

  • Providing internal customer service and administrative support on behalf of the Council.
  • Providing reception, Tourist Information and general information services to external visitors and residents.
  • To co-ordinate Wedding Ceremonies under the supervision of the Admin & Facilities Manager.

The successful applicant 

We are looking for a candidate who has:

  • Experience in a customer service role.
  • Sound understanding of computers and experience of using various systems.
  • Proven track record of working as part of a team.
  • Positive, professional, innovative and productive attitude, and actively champions the success of the Admin Support and Facilities Team.
