Working Hours: 35 Hours Per Week We are seeking a proactive and highly skilled Surveyor to play a key role in delivering high‑quality technical assessments, driving the completion of disrepair works. You will be the technical lead on disrepair cases from instruction through to completion. You will conduct detailed property inspections, diagnose building defects, prepare clear schedules of work, and manage contractors to ensure timely and cost‑effective delivery. You will work closely with our Disrepair Case Managers to jointly manage cases, agree priorities, and ensure effective communication with residents. As well as working alongside legal partners, repairs teams, and external contractors to ensure we meet all legal obligations and provide a responsive, resident‑focused service. Your expertise will help resolve complex cases, prevent repeat issues, and drive improvements across the housing stock.
