We are seeking an experienced ICT Development Plan Manager to coordinate project inception, delivery and commission for the ICT Service. This key role will lead the development and delivery of the ICT Development Plan, ensuring projects align with service priorities and support efficiency and innovation. You will oversee and manage council-wide ICT projects, providing strong project management leadership to ensure high-quality, timely delivery. The role includes managing relationships with council services, wholly owned companies and other income-generating customers, as well as fostering customer engagement, leading staff supervision and informing system governance. This is a pivotal role for a customer-focused ICT professional with strong project management expertise, capable of embedding ICT effectively across the organisation and driving continuous improvement. to view the Job Description.
