The Dean Trust is seeking to appoint a talented and inspirational Assistant Headteacher to join a successful senior leadership team at Ashton on Mersey School. This exciting opportunity will focus upon the leadership of Key Stage 3. We are looking for an individual who has the character and drive to make a real difference in one of our school communities, and across the trust, leading and managing areas such as:

Pastoral teams, systems and processes
Safeguarding
Pedagogical research, development and implementation
Curriculum development
