The Governing Board of this vibrant and forward-thinking school are seeking to appoint a permanent Headteacher to build on the excellent progress the school has made under the leadership of the current post holder over the last 14 years.

The successful candidate will:
Be a nurturing leader who can promote resilience and can demonstrate a strong commitment to pupil and staff wellbeing
Have a clear vision in leading a creative, systemic and inclusive curriculum including a variety of extracurricular activities
Have a proven ability and desire to develop strong relationships with parents, carers and the wider community
Promote inclusion and remove all barriers to education and extracurricular activities with a positive focus on SEND pupils
Be a confident communicator who can strengthen links with the local community
Be energetic and able to demonstrate compassion and kindness with a good sense of humour
