We are seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated, customer focused individual, to serve customer demand across a range of access channels, resolving queries and helping customers with a wide variety of issues You should have considerable experience of working in a busy, customer focused environment and have the ability to ensure efficient operation of the service, working to agreed targets for resolution of enquiries to a high standard. The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate they can communicate effectively and handle complex enquiries from customers. You will be required to be able to adapt to a variety of work situations to ensure service standards are maintained. You must be able to work accurately under pressure to required standards of service in a fair, sensitive and confidential manner whilst always promoting a positive and professional image. You should be able to communicate effectively, be an excellent team player and ensure that all processes are in line with current legislation, regulations and Council policy, with particular emphasis on Health & Safety and data protection. You must possess Level 2 (GCSEs Grade A-C or Grades 4-9) or equivalent qualification in English and Maths and have a flexible approach to working arrangements. to view the Job Description.
