Are you an experienced e-learning content designer with a passion for driving professional development and growth through evidence-informed practices? We are seeking a skilled individual with a strong understanding of pedagogical techniques, technical know-how, and a proven track record in developing learner-centric content that delivers impactful, engaging learning experiences. In this role, you will lead and manage the end-to-end process of e-learning content development from initial concept and design through to implementation and testing. This is an exciting opportunity to work within our Star Talent Academy and play a key role in transforming professional learning and supporting the achievement of high-performance standards across a high-performing multi-academy trust. Who we’re looking for We are looking for an experienced eLearning content designer with a strong background in instructional design and pedagogical practices. You will have the ability to collaborate with subject matter experts and senior leaders across Star Academies to create dynamic, multimedia-rich e-learning courses that are both engaging and leverage impact. You will work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to ensure the e-learning materials are pedagogically sound, visually appealing, technically functional and meet the unique requirements of Star Academies. You will be responsible for creating and building engaging, high-quality e-learning content that enhances the learning experience across various digital platforms. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing the professional learning experience for all employees and help ensure positive pupil outcomes across our schools.
