Salary: Grade 3, £17,932 - £18,501 per annum. £12.85 - £13.26 per hour

32 hours per week, term time working 38 weeks per year

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in nurturing and developing the potential of all young children in our care. This position requires a strong commitment to providing high-quality childcare and early childhood education, ensuring that each child’s individual needs are met in a safe and stimulating environment.

As an EYFS Practitioner, you will:

  • Plan, deliver, and evaluate engaging learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Support children’s individual learning journeys and ensure their developmental needs are met.
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Create a safe, caring, and inspiring environment that promotes learning through play.
  • Observe, assess, and record children’s progress accurately.
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and supportive team culture.
  • Be knowledgeable about safeguarding, and EYFS statutory requirements.
