The Governors of St Joseph’s RC Primary School wish to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated Level 2 Teaching Assistant to work initially in Key Stage 2.

The successful candidate will support the class teacher and work with pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups. They will work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure every child makes progress both academically and emotionally.

St Joseph’s is a small, successful school with strong partnerships between parents, the Parish Church and the local community. We are seeking someone with proven experience of working in both Key Stage 1 & 2, who has a range of effective strategies to promote positive behaviour and establish a purposeful learning environment. Excellent organisational and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work under supervision and as part of a team. We are excited to appoint the right person to join our happy and caring school family.
